To access our dashboard features, you must maintain an active user account. You are entirely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure and confidential. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities, data updates, and client communications that occur under your account username.

3. Subscription Billing & Payment Processing

GroomerFlow operates on a subscription-based pricing model. By signing up for a paid plan, you agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize our secure payment processors to collect recurring subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in temporary suspension of dashboard access.

4. SMS Automation & Client Notifications

Our software provides tools that allow you to send automated SMS reminders, scheduling links, and retention texts to your pet grooming clients. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have obtained proper consent from your customers to receive text messages in accordance with local telecommunication regulations. GroomerFlow is not liable for any issues, carrier fees, or legal disputes resulting from unauthorized text message broadcasts.

5. Limitation of Liability & Termination

GroomerFlow provides its scheduling and route-optimization platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. GroomerFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive practices, or fail to process recurring subscription payments.
